My blog and my new book, 5 Steps to a Happy, Healthy, Wealthy YOU! through Music, the Mind, and Meditation, draw on my work with hundreds of people from diverse backgrounds to give you a powerful program to achieve success in what I call the Five Factors of life: your Body, Mind, Spirit, Emotions, and Relationships.

Everyone I know that has used this system has achieved or far exceeded their personal goals in these five areas. The reason the program is effective is because it systematically takes you step by step through a process where you clearly identify the most important thing that you must have or be in each of these five areas and in life as a whole. Then, the program provides a daily practice that fits with your life and enables you to create the life you deeply desire. It is real, true, and lasting.
