Meditative Planning, Action, and Success for 2016

Welcome to 2016! This is your year to achieve your goals and dreams!  Here is the detailed proven system for how.

Here’s the quick outline of how:

  1. Relax, breath and Reflect on all that you desire to create in your life–in your body, mind, spirit, emotions, relationships, business, and finances.
  2. Choose the one most important thing from among them.
  3. Relax your body, breathe naturally, stretch a bit and prepare to meditate. Be in a comfortable position.
  4. Enter meditation: Bring that one most important thing that you have chosen to the front of your mind, (place one or both hands on your heart if you like, or one hand on your heart and the other on your navel area), breath naturally and see, and feel what you have chosen as being fully realized–real and true. Stay in this state as long as you like.
  5. Come out of meditation and write down 1-5 most important actions you must take to bring your meditation fully into your life. Prioritize your list and start at the top. Start NOW with number 1 and don’t do anything else until that is complete 🙂

CONGRATULATIONS!! You are on your way, one step further than before, more of your soul self, bringing more light, love, beauty, joy, and value to the world1!
